Phil Vickery (Saturday only)

Hugely popular at the Northampton Food Festival last year and Nottingham Food Festival the year before, we are delighted to have Phil back with us for the Barleylands Food Festival this June (Saturday only)
Stacie Stewart (Saturday only)
Stacie is a Tv presenter, Masterchef finalist, bespoke baker, author, columnist and DJ
After a very popular day of demonstrations at Nottingham Food Festival a couple of years ago. we are delighted to be welcoming Stacie back in 2017.
Levi Roots (Sunday only)
Originally known for his appearance on BBC’s ‘Dragon’s Den’, Levi is a huge success story, hitting the big time with the production of his famed ‘Reggae Reggae Sauce’.
A popular and hugely entertaining Carribbean cook, Levi was a massive hit at Nottingham Food Festival in 2014, Sandringham Food Festival in 2015, and Northampton Food Festival in 2106 we are delighted to be welcoming him to the debut Barleylands Food Festival in 2017 (Sunday only)
Edd Kimber (Sunday only)
Edd Kimber is a baker, food writer and TV personality and is the author of three cookbooks – The Boy Who Bakes (2011), Say It With Cake (2012) and Patisserie Made Simple (2014)
Edd writes for several magazines and newspapers including regular features in BBC Good Food, Delicious and Waitrose Kitchen. Edd has also made regular appearances on TV including on Sunday Brunch and as resident baker on the Alan Titchmarsh Show (ITV 2014) as well as on his own Christmas Special: John and Edd’s Christmas Bakes (Food Network 2013)
The Craft Beer Boys (both days)
Brad and Jonny are founders of the Craft Beer Channel, a youtube channel with a huge global following dedicated to great beer and good food. They travel the world finding the world’s best brews and the secrets behind them, then finding food matches or even cooking with them. They met while working in Jamie Oliver’s digital team and bonded over their love of beer and burgers, and have been drinking buddies ever since. They are now two of the country’s foremost experts in beer, travelling the world to make films, speak at conferences and try to project an air of sobriety against all the odds.
