Theo Randall (Saturday only)
A British-born professional chef who specialises in Italian cuisine. He is currently the proprietor of Theo Randall at the InterContinental Hotel London Park Lane, although he is perhaps best known for being awarded a Michelin star at The River Café in London.
Edd Kimber (Saturday only)
Edd Kimber is a baker, food writer and TV personality and is the author of three cookbooks – The Boy Who Bakes (2011), Say It With Cake (2012) and Patisserie Made Simple (2014)
Edd writes for several magazines and newspapers including regular features in BBC Good Food, Delicious and Waitrose Kitchen. Edd has also made regular appearances on TV including on Sunday Brunch and as resident baker on the Alan Titchmarsh Show (ITV 2014) as well as on his own Christmas Special: John and Edd’s Christmas Bakes (Food Network 2013)
Matt Tebbutt (Sunday Only)
The third of our chefs at Nottingham Food Festival, Matt is a British chef and television food presenter best known for presenting shows such as Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped and Drop Down Menu, the BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and the Good Food channel’s Market Kitchen.
Chantelle Nicholson (Sunday)
Chantelle Nicholson is the multi award winning chef patron at Tredwell’s by Marcus Wareing and Group Operations Director for Marcus Wareing Restaurants.
As one of the UK’s leading female names in the hospitality industry, Chantelle’s impressive ascent on the culinary career ladder and achievements to date set her apart as a remarkable talent in an industry traditionally associated with men and a source of inspiration to women across the UK.
The Craft Beer Boys (both days)
Brad and Jonny are founders of the Craft Beer Channel, a youtube channel with a huge global following dedicated to great beer and good food. They travel the world finding the world’s best brews and the secrets behind them, then finding food matches or even cooking with them. They met while working in Jamie Oliver’s digital team and bonded over their love of beer and burgers, and have been drinking buddies ever since. They are now two of the country’s foremost experts in beer, travelling the world to make films, speak at conferences and try to project an air of sobriety against all the odds.
