Nenette Scrivener (Sunday)
Nenette Chocolates is delighted to join you at the Northampton Food and Drink Festival May 13th and 14th 2017. There will be lots of chocolate for you to sample and to buy!
Chocolate demonstration Sunday 14th Nenette will be demonstrating to you how she makes chocolate truffles including tempering chocolate and making a delicious filling. Sit near the front by the stage to hear stories about how chocolate reaches us in the form that it does now and, most importantly, to ensure you get a chocolate at the ‘big reveal’ at the end!
Nenette has been hand making chocolates for nearly 10 years and has trained, for example, with Belgian chocolatiers, Callebaut. She has a passion for chocolate that goes back for as long as she can remember and now enjoys nothing more than to explore chocolate from around the world, and using it to make delicious chocolates using the finest, freshest and, where possible, local ingredients.
Come and find Nenette at her stand and explore some new flavours: including Cognac, Ginger Salted and Mixed Berry Caramels, fortified truffles such as Gin and Lemon and Orange and Rum as well as fruity favourites such as Rhubarb and Custard, Raspberry and Black Currant.
