The Food Roadshow at Nottingham Food Festival is our second demonstration area where we will be featuring a variety of chefs, gadgets and challenges. Always something happening!

Nottingham local girl Tanya Louise will be hosting all of our 5 food festivals in 2017. Presenter on the NG Digital internet radio station, feature writer for the Nottingham Post, Northampton Chronicle, Nottingham Live Food and editor at Nottingham Live. Tanya is an all round confessed foodie, Loves cooking and presenting a great combination.

The Crabstock Boys
Andy and Adrian with their tales of the open sea and how to cook what you catch. The guys will also be talking about their fantastic Fruit De Mer Restaurant, which will be running throughout the food festivals – more info and tickets here
Tim Stamp is Head Chef of Restaurant Bar 1650 and St Leger Bistro-by-the-Bar at Ye Olde Bell Hotel & Spa. Tim had a passion for cooking from an early age. He started a catering apprenticeship scheme at The Stafford Hotel, this was followed by a stint at The Garth Hotel before moving to Ardencote Manor in Warwickshire, where he worked for two years. He then moved to the AA 3-Rosette Peacock at Rowsley before joining Ye Olde Bell.
Liam has worked as Head Chef George’s Tradition who have a pub called the Thorn Tree in Ripley, fast paced and busy, he found his perfect role. From there he spent a few years with Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s which was an amazing experience and moved on to Jamie Oliver’s (Nottingham), The Durham Ox (Ilkeston), The Theatre Royal (Nottingham) and now is at Nottingham Playhouse’s newly opened Bar & Kitchen
Nottingham’s favourite butcher, Johnny Pusztai is hugely entertaining and informative on all aspects of butchery, and especially his award winning sausages!
Linda’s great passion is to show people how easy it is to make bread in their own homes. Bread that is delicious and healthy. There is no mystery to bread making. By mastering a few simple techniques you will have the confidence to create all manner of breads. Very popular last year, Linda will be talking about breads, pasta, and also running workshops all day for people wanting to having a go
It’s back! Our willing volunteers will be presented with a range of creepy crawly delicacies from ants to cockroaches. Who will last the course? Not for the weak stomached! Volunteers will be registered on the day.
