Hot off the Press: Nottingham Food Festival
We will be holding what I was first told was a ‘Porktion’ – which is actually an auction of pork!
Nottingham’s favourite butcher, Johnny Pusztai, is bringing a pig, which he will expertly butcher, and the various pork joints will be auctioned off to the highest bidder in aid of a local charity!
This will be happening on both the Saturday and Sunday at Nottingham Food Festival, so head over to the main stage at 11.50am and join in the fun!
